Every email address in your list counts as one contact, regardless of how many campaigns you send to them. You can be on any plan as long as your total list size stays under your plan's limit.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
You'll get a heads-up email before you hit the limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime — changes take effect immediately and you're only charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What does the 3-day trial include?
